We have organized an efficient IT department responsible for compiling and maintaining entire data about booking, payment, recovery etc. in all categories with the help of especially designed software. They provide necessary information to the Recovery Department. Then it is duty of Recovery Incharge to do his job by utilizing the work force at his disposal.
Another major responsibility of IT Department is to keep and maintain a comprehensive Data Base of all the customers. Whenever a new project is launched, they inform the old customers and invite them to the launching ceremony. The role of IT Department is instrumental in all our activities and processing throughout the whole operation.
