The scope of our services is manifold. We plan and propose the marketing strategy according to the specific requirements of the builders for the project to be launched. We offer 3 types of deals to our clients:
a) Complete Advertising Strategy only
b) Advertising Strategy plus Booking of the Project
c) Complete Package consisting of Advertising, Marketing & Events etc. All the expenses are borne by us. We charge certain percentage on the units we sell.
d) Joint Ventures: For development and construction of a Project, Joint Ventures are undertaken with the people owning a piece of land only.
Instead of gaining the Price of the land only, the owners of the land can share the profit of a project through Joint Venture with us.
We charge Consultancy Fee according to the scope of our service and potential of project. From start to finish, we extend our full professional services and cooperation to our clients so as to achieve the desired marketing goals.
