Instructions for Overseas Pakistanis:

1. Foreign Demand Draft must be made in US $.

2. Payment of the requisite amount of required plot through FDD must be issued in the name of Lyari Development Authority and client name mentioned on it.

3. Applicants must enter their Data including Name, National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)/CNIC No. on the backside of Foreign Demand Draft.

4. Applicants should also attach their application form (duly filled in) and copy of National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)/CNIC with the Foreign Demand Draft.

5. Applicants must send their Applications and FDDs through courier at the following address:
